1. Introduction & Core Architecture

Samriva Labs ("we", "our", or "us") is dedicated to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how AirSharePro ("the App") handles your data.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

• No Personal Accounts: We do not require accounts, phone numbers, or passwords.
• No File Content Tracking: We do not monitor, inspect, or log the contents, file names, or metadata of the files you transfer.
• No Location Tracking: We do not collect or track your GPS location.

3. Advertising & Third-Party Services

To keep AirSharePro free, we display non-intrusive advertisements provided by Google AdMob (Google LLC).

• Advertising ID (AD_ID): Google AdMob may process device identifiers (such as the Google Advertising ID), IP address, and diagnostic technical metrics to serve and measure advertisements in compliance with Google's Privacy Policy.
• GDPR / EEA & UK Consent (UMP): For users located in the European Economic Area (EEA) and United Kingdom, we integrate Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to obtain explicit consent before serving personalized advertisements. You can reset or modify your consent choices anytime.
• US State Privacy Laws (CCPA / CPRA): We comply with applicable US state privacy rights regarding personal data processing and targeted advertising.

4. How File Transfers Work (Local Network & Security)

• Direct Peer-to-Peer: All transfers take place directly between devices connected to the same local Wi-Fi, personal hotspot, or LAN.
• End-to-End TLS Encryption: Direct transfers between AirSharePro devices utilize on-the-fly TLS encryption certificates to ensure data in transit cannot be intercepted on the local network.
• No Intermediary Cloud Servers: Files are streamed directly between devices and never touch any external server.

5. Permissions Requested and Their Purpose

AirSharePro only requests permissions strictly required for local file sharing operations:

1. Storage & Media Access (READ_MEDIA_IMAGES, READ_MEDIA_VIDEO, READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): Required to let you select files to send, and save incoming files to your device storage.
2. Local Network & Wi-Fi (ACCESS_LOCAL_NETWORK, INTERNET): Required to discover nearby devices on the local subnet and establish high-speed transfer streams.
3. Installed Apps (QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES): Only used when you choose to share installed apps (APKs) with another device.
4. Foreground Service (FOREGROUND_SERVICE_DATA_SYNC): Required to keep active file transfer sessions running smoothly without OS background termination.
5. Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Displays real-time transfer progress and completion alerts.

6. Data Retention & Erasure

Transfer logs remain stored solely on your local device. You can clear your transfer history or temporary cache at any time via App Settings or by uninstalling the application.

7. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

AirSharePro is intended for a general audience (13+) and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
