- Device Diagnostics: Device model, operating system version, screen resolution, and crash stack traces (via Google Play Services).
- Ad Performance & Identifiers: Advertising ID (GAID) used solely by third-party advertising partners (Google AdMob / Meta Audience Network) to serve contextual and personalized ads in compliance with user consent.
3. Local Storage Policy & Backups
All user-generated records are stored locally using sandboxed on-device database files and preferences. The App offers a JSON Backup & Restore feature that allows you to export your data into a readable JSON file. You have full custody and control over where this file is stored or transferred.

By downloading, installing, or using Daily Planner: Routine & Tasks ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should immediately discontinue use and uninstall the App.

All notes, tasks, expenses, and records created inside the App are owned exclusively by you. Because the App operates on a decentralized, on-device architecture, you are solely responsible for creating regular backups of your data using the built-in Export/Backup utility.

5. Financial & Expense Tracking Disclaimer
The expense tracker and budget calculations are provided for personal informational organization only. The App is not a bank, tax advisor, or licensed financial advisory platform.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developers and publishers of Daily Planner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages—including but not limited to loss of data, loss of time, schedule missed appointments, or hardware failure resulting from the use or inability to use the App.
7. Modifications & Termination
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the App at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the App following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
